RECENT WORK
Edinburgh Bungalow
While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. At Lynx Construction, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.
Basement Conversion
This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed industry standards adequately. Garage to Workshop
The rundown garage here was refurbished to give them workshop facilities..
The roof was Asbestos Cement Board, so was removed and disposed of following all Health and Safety Regulations. The external wall was reinforced to take a fully insulated timber and Dunlop rubber roof. A seperate Electrical supply was installed along with a Belfast sink with a hot and cold water supply. Walls and floor were Resin coated, new lighting and sockets to complete.

Utility Room
A tired utility room in need of refurbishment. This utility room was tastefully done to match the character and beauty of this historic building.
